Young doctors demanded to compile a comprehensive educational document and address the problems of the mandatory plan

According to Mehr News Agency, citing the Ministry of Health, in order to facilitate and reduce the problems of young doctors in the field of health, a meeting of young doctors was held with the presence of the Deputy Education Minister of the Ministry of Health.

This meeting was attended by Dr. Seyed Jalil Hosseini, Deputy Minister of Education of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Sadegh Aramesh, Young Physician Consultant of the Vice-Chancellor of Education, Dr. Allameh, Head of Specialized and Sub-specialized Assistants and Fellowships of the Medical Education Council Secretariat, and a group of union, media and student organization activists in the Vice-Chancellor. Ministry of Health training was held.

The lack of educational infrastructure in the field of dentistry, the problems of increasing capacity, the financial concerns of assistants, the working hours of residents, and the review of the residents' job regulations were discussed.

Compilation of a comprehensive educational document, transfer of students from outside to inside, problems of the mandatory plan, determination of quotas and increasing hope in the medical community were among the other issues raised in this meeting.

In this meeting, the fair distribution of the top people of the specialized and sub-specialized boards, the removal of the compensation for withdrawing from the fields and the increase of salaries in proportion to the working hours were examined and it was decided that these issues should be discussed carefully and in detail by experts in the managements. The Vice-Chancellor of Education should be placed and the results of that direction will be discussed in the next meeting.
