The parallel work of institutions in Quranic affairs became the subject of the “Reflection” radio program

According to the Mehr news agency, citing the public relations of the network, the second episode of the new program “Reflection” which aired on the Quran radio network, discussed the issue of parallelism of devices in Quranic matters and ways to improve it. In this part, experts and officials discussed the problems caused by the lack of coordination of the institutions in the implementation of Quranic programs and emphasized the need to develop a strategic plan for better coordination of activities.

In this program, Hojjat-ul-Islam Seyed Mustafa Hosseini, the secretary of the Council for the Development of Quranic Culture, criticized the parallel work of the institutions in the field of Quranic activities and said: Many of the upper documents that were designed for the development and promotion of the Quran are ignored in practice and this situation causes waste. Resources and inability to perform assigned tasks.

He continued: The agencies must adhere to their duties and avoid doing activities that are outside of their responsibilities.

Hojat-ul-Islam Hosseini further emphasized on issues such as standardization of the production and distribution of Quranic works, support for Quranic knowledge-based institutions, ranking of Quranic institutions, training and assessment of government employees in the field of Quran and development of Quranic field advertising.

According to his statements, from 1398 to 1402, many Quranic activities have been limited to Quranic advertising and competitions, which, despite spending a lot of money and advertising, have not had a positive result in the field of content production and the spread of Quranic culture.

Reza Salamat Panah, one of the members of the Council for the Development of Quranic Culture, in response to the criticisms raised, emphasized the need to create coherent governance in the field of the Quran and suggested: a coordinating role should be created at the level of the entire country to regulate and monitor Quranic activities, and Quranic credits should be monitored. Al-Qur'anic Council should be allocated so that programs can be implemented effectively. If the institutions do not use the Koranic credits properly according to the executive approvals, the inspection organization must intervene and monitor the omission and non-compliance of the institutions.

But Yar Ahmadi, an activist and Quranic researcher, also pointed out the resistance of the institutions against some approvals and said: Many upper documents in the field of the Quran have not been fully implemented. Resistance to changes and developments in the Quranic Cultural Development Council has created problems and the layers of macro coordination in the institutions have not been able to perform their duties effectively.

“Reflection” produced by Fatemeh Qasimabadi and performed by Javad Nasiri and Mehdi Akbari is a work of the Quran Radio Jamia, Circles and Competitions group, which airs on this radio network on Tuesdays around 21:00 with the focus on introducing, explaining and analyzing the country's Quranic activities.
