The Court of Justice invalidated the decision of Sharif University regarding the effect of grades of failed courses

According to the Mehr news agency, Sharif newspaper wrote: After the ruling of the Administrative Court of Justice against one of the university's decisions regarding the effect of the grade of failed courses on the overall grade point average, which occurred with the complaint of one of the Sharifi students and caused a lot of rumors and rumors, apparently the results of the university's investigations have been finalized. And they have reached some decisions.

With the decision of the Vice-Chancellor of Education, the final report card of incoming students from 97 to 401 will be published with two GPAs, one is the GPA of all courses and the other is the GPA of passed courses.

The reason for choosing these years is the gap between the two regulations that were issued by the Ministry of Science and were decided by the court; Because in the regulations before the entries of 97 and after the entries of 401, it is specified that the total GPA means all subjects taken.

Of course, we recently learned that with the complaint of another non-honorable student to the court, this clause of the education regulations of the Ministry of Science was completely revoked on December 6 this year, and the decree should be implemented for all students of different periods in the country. But it should be seen whether the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, which believes that the Court is not allowed to enter into university decisions, will fall under the burden of this resolution or not?
