Introducing the new members of the technical committee of the Karate Federation

According to Mehr News Agency and quoted by Karate Federation Public Relations, the meeting of the technical committee of the Karate Federation was attended by Mazda Sufi, supervisor, Zabih Elah Pourshib, secretary general, Ashraf Amini, acting vice president of women and Habib Elah Nazerian, head of the technical committee, Ali Akbar Mohammadi. Beqa, Gudarz Kamangir, Gholamreza Dabaghian, Jalal Bahnia, Mohammad Ali Mardani, Hossein Shahrbaf, Ahmed Safi and Maryam Moshiri, members of this committee were formed today.

In this meeting, the new members of the technical committee were introduced and the bylaws of this committee were reviewed.
Also, Ali Akbar Mohammadi Beqa was nominated by the committee members as the secretary of the technical committee and Guderz Kamangir as the secretary. In the continuation of this meeting, due to the approach of the Karate One League and the national championships, the presence and supervision of the technical committee on these competitions, explanations by Maziar Farid Khammami, the head of the national teams organization, regarding the goals of this organization and how to select the players. Vahid Momeni, the head of the league and competitions organization, was presented about the weights and the venue of the competitions, and Yusuf Gershasbi, the head of the referees' committee, regarding the selection of referees and judging in the competitions.

Mazda Sofi, head of the Karate Federation, said: Considering that the first step is the development of justice and the path of justice is the law, all karateka who claim to wear the national team uniform should participate in the selection competitions.

Emphasizing that we should choose a path and support referees in both men's and women's divisions, he said: “The respected members of the technical committee should have the same nobility that they have in the case of the national teams in refereeing.” Care should be taken in the field of education and training of judges in a precise and expert manner. We are facing deficiencies in this sector, which must be carefully planned in this field.
