Isfahan Eftekhari Village World Registration for Iran and South Khorasan

According to Mehr correspondent, Behrouz Nedaie on Friday evening at the Isfahan World Registration Ceremony held in Isfahan village, said: Isfahan World Registration as the second tourist village of South Khorasan on the UNESCO list reflects the unique capacities of the area.

“The youth of this village, with self -confidence and effort, made this great success and proved that transformation is possible from within,” Nedaie praised the efforts of the youth and officials of the village.

He also noted: Some countries are celebrating great celebrations by registering a worldwide work, and we celebrate this achievement, but our responsibilities have become more heavier since this record.

The Deputy Minister of Cultural Heritage emphasized the need for a special task force to plan and create the necessary infrastructure in the village of Isfahan and said: “With the cooperation of the relevant agencies, conditions should be provided so that this village as a global tourism destination will be flourished.”

The world registration of the village of Isfahan was previously awarded to the governor of South Khorasan at the inauguration ceremony of the 18th Iranian Tourism Exhibition.

Due to its unique architecture and historical and cultural attractions, the village has been listed as one of the five selected villages in the UNESCO list.

Isfahan World Registration is not only an honor for South Khorasan, but also an important step in introducing Iran's tourism capacities to the world.
