Sharifinia said: Once other than the Ministry of Guidance, other places such as the field and television were allowed to authorize the film. I wish that this happens today and films that cannot be made in the Ministry of Guidance will be licensed in other institutions.

Then, with the presence of Morteza Shayesteh and Manouchehr Hadi, the best independent and active producer of Iranian cinema was awarded with Morteza Razaqi Karimi.

“Cinema is a common language of us,” he said.

Mohammad Ali Hossein Nejad was awarded the successful director of the cinema industry with the presence of Behrouz Afkhami and Seyyed Zia Hashemi.
