In the ruling of this decision, it is stated: Regarding the complaint of the Khyber Khorramabad club against the referee of the match between Persepolis Tehran and Khyber Khorramabad in the Premier Football League series of the country on 7/10/1403, according to the total documents and contents of the case and Considering that the refereeing error in the said match has been confirmed by the Refereeing Department of the Football Federation according to the answer number 140338926 dated 10/15/1403. Considering that according to paragraph one of article 15 of the disciplinary regulations, the decisions made by the referees on the field of competition are final, based on article 95 of the mentioned regulations, the decision to reject the complaint is issued. The decision issued within 7 days from the notification date can be appealed to the appeals committee.
