Iraq and Russia signed several cooperation agreements on various fields

Referring to the good relations between Iraq and Russia in the field of oil and gas, he emphasized that negotiations have been held on regional political issues.

According to Hussein, Russian companies have invested about $ 5 billion in Iraq, and Russian oil companies are active in Iraqi Kurdistan.

The 10th meeting of the Iraqi -Russian Joint Committee was held on Wednesday, chaired by the Iraqi Foreign Minister and the Russian Energy Minister.

The meeting also signed the meeting of the 10th meeting of the Joint Committee on Commercial, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation of Iraq and Russia.

In addition, several other agreements and memorandums have been signed between the two countries, the most important of which were: Maritime Transport Agreement, Health Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding, Business Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding between the Chambers of Commerce, and the Company Cooperation Protocol Gazprom Russia and the Oil Company Al -Wasseh Iraq.
