Holding 249 scientific meetings to explain the strategies of the Islamic Revolution

According to Mehr reporter, Hojjatul-Islam wal-Muslimeen Ali Banaei at the unveiling ceremony of the ninth volume of the collection of works of the Islamic Revolution Studies think tank, which was held on Thursday evening by the Coordination Assembly of Imam Followers and Leadership of Qom Province, the Islamic Revolution Studies Think Tank of Tolo Mehr University, and the Scientific Association of the Qur'an and the Evolution of Iranian Sciences. Shod said: The Islamic Revolution Studies Think Tank, which is affiliated to Tolo Mehr University, has tried to explain the foundations and strategies of the Islamic Revolution by holding 249 specialized meetings in Tolo Mehr University since 2015. which is held regularly in the form of two sessions of 20 sessions per year, each 20 sessions become a book, which has led to the compilation of a valuable collection of scientific works.

He elaborated on the actions and topics raised in this think tank and clarified: the lack of attention to the philosophy of the revolution, fundamental approaches and specific issues related to the Islamic revolution were among the factors that led to the establishment of this think tank.

In his speech, the President of Tolo Mehr University, referring to the topics of the meetings held by the Islamic Revolution Studies Think Tank, which has been turned into a book, stated: The first course was started with the title of “Chair of Free Thought in the Pathology of Fundamentalism”. In this meeting, the status of fundamentalism in the Islamic system was investigated and the weak and strong points of this trend were analyzed.

He said: The second meeting was held on the topic of “Strategies of the Islamic Revolution in the Fifth Decade”, in which the challenges and opportunities facing the Islamic Revolution in its 50th year were evaluated. He emphasized that these strategies play an essential role for the future movement of the Islamic system.

Hojat al-Islam Banai added: The third meeting was dedicated to “Introduction to the idea of ​​partisanship in the Islamic system” in which the necessity and challenges of the formation of Islamic parties and their role in realizing the goals of the revolution were discussed. Also, the fourth meeting was held with the focus on “explanation of the statement of the second step of the Islamic revolution” in which the strategies and operational paths of this statement were examined.

He further referred to the fifth meeting, which was held on the topic of “Process Theory of the Islamic Revolution” and said: In this meeting, the evolutionary process of the Islamic Revolution and its various stages from formation to stabilization and development were examined. The sixth meeting also dealt with the “Foundations of the Islamic Revolution”, where the basic concepts and theoretical roots of the Islamic Revolution were analyzed.

Stating that our seventh discussion was the topic of “The Future of Islamic Revolution Research”, Banai said: The eighth discussion was “Islamic Revolution Discourse” which was unveiled with the presence of Dr. Pourmohammadi.

He announced the 9th discussion as “Transformation Strategy and the Necessity of the Second Step of the Islamic Revolution” and noted that the main goal of this think tank is to raise the level of awareness and efficiency of the Islamic system. If the foundations of the Islamic Revolution are properly explained, this will lead to creating hope and increasing efficiency among the people. As the Supreme Leader has repeatedly emphasized the importance of creating hope, we are also trying to take steps in this direction through scientific and research activities.

He announced the future plans of the think tank and added: The future works of this collection are dedicated to topics such as political ethics, Islamic governance model, the theory of participation in the religious democracy system and national unity in the second step of the Islamic revolution.
