Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimeen Qomi stated that today the fields for the development of art should be provided by standing on the standards of jurisprudence and added: If propaganda is going to be the first issue of the seminary, one of its requirements is to deal with the foundation of artistic understanding.

He continued: If the student wants to accomplish the task of preaching in a different way and explains the facts, he should find a connection with art.

Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Qomi stated that the Jihad of explanation cannot be achieved without art: the Supreme Leader said that a nation that does not have a cinema has deprived itself of the languages ​​of understanding with the world.
