Friday prayer leader shot dead in southern Iran

Mohammad Sabahi succumbed to injuries at a local hospital after he was injured by a gunman after the Friday prayers, said the governor of Kazeroun, Mohammad Ali Bekhrad, on Friday. 

He said that the assailant shot himself too after the attack.

Investigations on the incident are underway.
