Extension of the opportunity to register in the married dormitories of Tehran University

According to the Mehr News Agency, citing the General Department of Dormitory Affairs of the University of Tehran, non-native full-time doctoral and bachelor's students entering the year 1401 onwards and master's degrees entering the year 1403 are eligible to register in the dormitory for married couples, according to the rules for accommodation in the dormitory for married couples, until January 22, 1403. By referring to the Behestan system at the address ems2.ut.ac.ir, in the service counter section, register the application and upload the documents through the following steps:

1- Login to Behestan system

2- Choosing the application for the dormitory of married couples in the student issues review section, in the application section, write the following explanation first: Submitting documents for applying for the dormitory of married couples

3- Select the option to create, refer to the work folder and upload the following documents:

1-3- Identification documents include:

* Photo of national card, first and second pages of applicant's, spouse and children's birth certificate (with the condition that the child's age is less than 10 years old)

* Student card image

* Copy of proof of residence, lease or residential house document of parents and student (if the student is a tenant or landlord)

* Image of the first four pages of the marriage certificate

2-3- Educational and research documents: Prepare and upload all items along with certificates, documents, etc.

3-3- The witness and self-sacrificing student must upload the official certificate of importance given by the General Administration of Student Affairs and the witness and self-sacrificing staff of the university;

4-3- A student covered by the welfare, relief committee, clear-headed and with special conditions must upload the official certificate of importance given by the university counseling center.

Also, the university has emphasized that you should carefully read the accommodation policy and register if you have the conditions to use the dormitory for married couples. In addition, if it is proven after registration that the student is employed, owns a private house, or does not meet the other conditions for using the dormitory for married couples, it will be considered a violation and will be acted upon according to the rules.

It should be noted that this registration does not constitute accommodation and is only for scoring and prioritizing accommodation in married couples' dormitories. It is obvious that after scoring and determining the people eligible for residence, it is necessary to present the original of all uploaded documents to conclude a contract.
