On December 5, the court issued a verdict on December 5, 2008.

According to the court's ruling and after reviewing the existing documents, the US government and four other natural and legal entities in the United States were sentenced to $ 2 billion and $ 5 million for crimes committed to martyrdom.

In this regard, the case of the assassination of the martyr Haj Qasim Suleimani was also on the agenda of the judiciary.

Accordingly; The first trial of the trial and the perpetrators of the assassination of the martyr Martyr Hajj Qasim Soleimani was held on September 5 at the Criminal Branch presided over by Judge Javaheri and at the Imam Khomeini Judicial Complex.
