Necessity of people's rights in reference to judicial units

According to the Mehr News Agency, according to the Human Rights Headquarters, Nasser Seraj, Deputy Director of International Affairs of the Judiciary and Secretary of the Islamic Republic of Iran Human Rights, on Wednesday, June 23, on a visit to Alborz Province and attended by the Judicial Council and the Deputy Chief Justice of the Provincial Justice. Citizens' rights were one of the most important priorities of this deputy and headquarters.

He added: The Human Rights Headquarters was established in 2008 by the Supreme National Security Council resolution; The head of the headquarters is the head of the judiciary. The headquarters has 4 members. The Minister and other senior officials, including the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, the head of the Supreme Court, the Chief of State, the head of the Inspectorate General, the head of the Prisons Organization, etc. are members of the Human Rights Staff.

Seraj added that the headquarters was formed to focus on human rights activities and make the most of the decisions more accurately to focus on human rights activities. Important task of the staff, including the design, guidance and pursuit of all human rights issues at the domestic and international level, monitoring human rights abroad, interacting with international organizations and human rights mechanisms, developing bilateral and multilateral cooperation with countries in the field of human rights.

He said: “All the relevant agencies were also obliged to cooperate and coordinate with the Human Rights Headquarters.”

The Secretary of the Human Rights Staff further stated that the Islamic Republic of Iran has submitted and defended its national report four times so far, adding: “This mechanism examines the status of all UN member states every four and a half years and that governments are obliged to implement accepted recommendations along with other human rights and initiatives.”

He also pointed out that human rights have become a tool in the hands of countries to pressure independent states, stressing that if the slightest thing in Iran, the US and the West will be fooled, while nearly 6,000 children, women, elderly and civilians in the Zionist war against the Islamic Republic of Iran are defeated by the Islamic Republic.

In another part of his speech, the Deputy Director of International Affairs of the Judiciary pointed to the visit of the head of the judiciary and their accompanying delegation to China and attending the Shanghai summit and meeting with the heads of the country's delegations, saying: “After the meetings, the dignity and respect of the judiciary and the judiciary. Accordingly, the head of the judiciary of our country, with the consensus of the countries, was elected as the head of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization's Judicial Systems Assembly for the year 2 and it was decided to be held in Tehran in May.

He also said about the achievements of his recent trip to Iraq, saying: “We have signed the conscientiousness, extradition of criminals, criminal cooperation and civil cooperation, and met with the head of the Iraqi judiciary and other Iraqi judicial officials.” We met with the Iraqi Prosecutor General on the subject of extradition of criminals; In the context of the division of tasks, we also met with the Iraqi Minister of Justice in connection with the transfer of convicts. There were problems for our pilgrims to Iraq with the seal of entry and exit, which, following the presence of the Iranian delegation in Karbala, with the emphasis of the Iraqi Judicial Council, also resolved the problem of the Iranian pilgrimage.

The Deputy Chief of the Judiciary continued to explain the missions of the Department of International Affairs in the field of aliens, judicial assistance, and in particular the case of robbery, and said: “Our judges and regulators in their robbery cases are obliged to do so that they should be taken care of.” When our police and intelligence forces identify a killer within four hours, we can certainly identify thieves and thieves.

“We must do our best in the realization of the rights of the oppressed and the comfort of the people,” he said.

The Deputy Director of International Affairs of the Judiciary also ordered the Alborz Provincial Prosecutor to monitor two imported tribes that are known as professional robbery and to issue theft certificates and to report monthly on crimes and cases related to theft of the Department of International Affairs.

At the end of the meeting, Seraj answered some of the legal and judicial questions of the judicial units.

The deputy head of the judiciary also visited the Alborz District 6 Registry during the trip and was informed of the problems and issues of the branch.
