Witcaf will be in Moscow this week

US President Donald Trump's special representative in West Asia will be in Moscow this week, according to the Mehr News Agency.

“I know Steve Witakaf, a special envoy to the president (Trump), will be in Moscow this week and I hope it can make great progress and success,” Vitker told NBC News.

He also claimed that the US calls on both sides to reach an agreement, and further noted that Vitcoaf's trip to Russia “may be achieved.”

The United States had earlier announced that Witcaf was planning to travel to the occupied territories and the Gaza Strip by August 1. In the following, Trump said that Witcaf would go to Moscow after Tel Aviv. Trump's representative has recently traveled to Russia and has met with President Vladimir Putin.
