Haddadi continued: According to Article 5 of the Act, if the person in charge of the government applies to absent, he or she shall be sentenced to half a monthly salary from 6 months to one year and, if repeated, will be sentenced to permanent deprivation of government services. In the private sector, the responsibility of the recruitment has been introduced to the court first and has to pay the annual fee of a soldier, which is currently around $ 5 million.
