US reacts to developments in Syria

The White House, the State Department and the Pentagon have not yet commented on the situation in Syria.

Earlier, Al Jazeera reported that HTS forces had entered Damascus, while Al Hadath TV claimed that the Syrian capital had fallen under the control of terrorists.
