Golestan Governor's emphasis on developing economic and cultural relations with Turkmenistan

Ali Asghar Tahmasebi, a Turkmen ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Iran, said on Thursday evening, referring to the revolutionary leader's emphasis on kinship with Iran and Turkmenistan: “We have not only neighboring Turkmenistan, but also close to the past.”

The Governor of Golestan, referring to the 5 % increase in exports to Turkmenistan in the first eight months of this year, called for a luggage trade and return to the pre -Corona period, adding that as the culture of the two countries intertwined, trade between the two sides should be intertwined.

He pointed to the opening of the Iranian, Turkmen and Kazakhstan railway and the importance of exploiting this capacity and said that the creation of a joint border market or industrial town between the two countries can help increase cultural and economic communication.

Tahmasebi emphasized the necessity of strengthening two -way communication, stating that Tahmasebi Faraghi, the Turkmen poet, is a turning point for Iranian -Turkmen cultural relations.

He also referred to issues such as unifying the cost of transportation costs, the supply of commodities between the two countries, the normalization of two -way trade relations, the supply of standard wagons, the implementation of insurance coverage, the Inchebron transit route improvement, the invitation of the Balkan Governor to attend Golestan and the exchange of prisoners on both sides.
