Transformation in the registration system with the unveiling of Article 5 of the Law

According to Mehr News Agency, Hassan Babaei announced the holding of a special conference in Tehran with the presence of the first deputy of the judiciary to unveil the system subject to Article 5 of the Law on the One hundred and seventy -seventh session of the Supreme Council for Transformation and Excellence of the Judiciary.

He said that the system will be notified after the unveiling of the legal formalities and will make a major change in the country's registration system.

The head of the State Register of Documents and Property Registration stated: Article 5 system should be designed to prevent landfill and urged all managers to identify and identify the possible defects and defects of the system.

In another part of his remarks, Babaei, referring to the two main strategies of the organization, “data -oriented” and “converting booklet documents into single -owned documents”, called the reports promising and urged staff to support the queue forces seriously and be more active in field supervision.

Emphasizing the importance of constructive engagement in the workplace, he added: “Work in the friendly atmosphere is essential and the morality of managers and chiefs with the forces under management is unacceptable.”

He also emphasized the need to utilize the capacity of the organization's legal council to eliminate the ambiguities of the law and said: “Creating a single practice is one of our main goals and the expert opinions of the Legal Council can play an important role in this path.”

In the final part of his remarks, Babaei, referring to the National Conference on the Law on the official registration of immovable property transactions on May 9 and May 6, said: “This conference will be held and will require complete coordination of all sections.” The conference belongs to everyone and the active presence of staff in specialized panels related to their field of work is required.
