The presence of lawyers in the Supreme Court's General Board to promote legal knowledge

According to Mehr News Agency, Hassan Abdulian Pour, head of the Bar Center, official experts and family advisers to the judiciary, said: “In the process of evolving the judiciary and in line with the emphasis of the Department of Justice to strengthen the legal community's relationship with the country's high judicial institutions, a group of lawyers and the Judiciary Bar Association were present at the meeting.

He continued: “Personally, I believe this presence is a unique opportunity to familiarize with a deeper familiarity with the decision -making structure at the highest judicial authority in the country.” This experience can be very effective in promoting legal knowledge and insight, strengthening the power of analysis and better understanding of judicial procedures at high levels for lawyers, students, and especially lawyers.

Abdulian Pour said that unfortunately, so far, such meetings have not been possible for many law enthusiasts due to structural constraints and executive inconsistencies.

He continued: “I am saying that lawyers, trainees and even law students can then attend the meetings of the Supreme Court and have the opportunity to attend the meetings of the Supreme Court, with the coordination of the Center for Internship and Deputy of Lawyers, Experts and Family Advisors, and given the existing capacities.

The head of the Bar Center added: “Undoubtedly, such steps, along with other transformation programs, will have an effective role in training capable lawyers, and will improve the level of interaction of the legal community with judicial institutions.”
