The Ministry of Health's Administrative Justice Tribunal

According to Mehr News Agency, Hojjatoleslam Ahmad Reza Abedi, head of the Administrative Justice Court, in a letter to the Minister of Health and Medical Education called for good governance.

The letter states that in accordance with Note 2 of the Court of Administrative Justice, in cases where the beneficiaries apply for administrative or refusal to perform it from the executive agencies, they must first submit their application to the relevant agency, and that the device is required to file a request and submission within three months. They refuse to comply with the legal demands of individuals and try to move persons to the Administrative Justice Court.

This procedure not only encourages individuals to complain to the Administrative Justice Court, but also discriminates into the exercise of legal rights of individuals and will ultimately undermine the beneficiary.

The letter goes on to say that in order to prevent the loss of bail and to prevent dual costs on citizens, the necessity of observing the provisions of Article 2 of the Administrative Justice Law and the transparent accountability and persuasion of the target community shall be documented and reasonably enacted.
