Hojjatoleslam Khalili, referring to the head of the judiciary in providing unnecessary service to the people, said: “The main basis of the judiciary is to serve the people honestly, not to receive thanks and appreciation.” Wherever it is in the interest of the people, the device is present in the field.

He also urged MPs to provide more accurate awareness of public opinion by properly explaining legal issues in the commissions, stressing that if a short responsibility is done, it should be accepted and compensated, not by ignorance, questioning the performance of others.

The first deputy of the judiciary said: “By increasing the territory and responsibilities, the law has made the role of the leaders in the social and economic order of the country.”

Referring to the necessity of utilizing the Qur'anic concepts in the social life of the people, he said: The Qur'an is not merely a book of commandments, but a guidance for the node of human life. As the martyr Beheshti says, our view of divine verses and their role in social relations must be a development -oriented and futuristic look.

The first deputy of the judiciary said that the new law has expanded the duties of the heads of the heads, adding that the more the scope of responsibility becomes wider, the more precise and coherent the supervision should be. In this law, the role of the leaders in the transformation of the country's trading system has highlighted and can lead to a serious improvement in people's social life.

“In this path, we should not be tired of repeating the basic points,” he said. Many of the fundamental concepts are institutionalized in our minds as a result of repeated reminders. A society whose livelihood is on chastity, law -abiding, and trustworthiness requires repeated reminders of these principles.

Khalili added: “This law is a compact law. It is not possible to implement it individually and requires empathy, cooperation and collective view of all the relevant components. If this synergy is realized, the results will be directly to the people and reduces social friction, general happiness, and improved quality of life.

“Know that your responsibility is not merely to register documents, but your role in ensuring people, maintaining the legal security of the community, and facilitating fair and regular social life,” he said.
