Behrooz Azar stated: One of the very high capacities of this center was the rehabilitation and empowerment of the people who were present in this center so that they could get ready, find the necessary capacities and embark on a peaceful life, without violence and with higher security.

The Vice President of Women and Family Affairs said: Very good training is given here and I hope that we can add the capacities of home businesses, even knowledge-based businesses, creative industries and various capacities to this center.

Behrouz Azar also clarified whether funds have been allocated for the empowerment of women: Now this item has been specifically seen in the budget bill and we hope that it will be approved. Behrouz Azar said about child marriage: We have two or three provinces where child marriage is observed in these provinces due to the subcultures that exist in them. Definitely, we cannot solve the problem from Tehran, and the solution of this problem will happen by the native social activists of this region, they are the ones who know the customs, traditions, values ​​and beliefs of this society very well and can help through dialogue and awareness. .

He added: “Marriage at the right time is good, but marriage at an age when the child has not yet reached consciousness and does not have the ability to choose and start a life and enters a new life unwillingly, is not acceptable to anyone.”
