The first headquarters of the country's marriage and divorce offices started

According to Mehr News Agency, the first head of the country's marriage and divorce offices, after a century of activities, began during a ceremony attended by the head of the Registrar in Mashhad.

Hassan Babaei, head of the country's real estate and real estate agency, at the ceremony, referring to form Consignment The Regulations of the Marriage and Divorce Office, which was signed and approved by the Judiciary, said: “The Statute of the Association of Marriage and Divorce has been drafted in the year 6 and was signed by the head of the State Documentation and Property Registration Office.”

He continued: So far, there has been no coherent oversight for marriage and divorce in the country, and therefore, the problems in the lawsuits in the law enforcement courts have been issued, given that a representative was not able to attend court hearings.

The head of the country's real estate and real estate agency continued: “Monitoring the marriage and divorce offices will be well established and on the other hand the umbrella will provide the necessary support for more than 4,000 heads of marriage and divorce offices.”

“Unfortunately, some who are not aware of the goals of the center, in cyberspace, raise issues to distort the face of the class, while the presence of this center will regulate and accelerate actions and need to provide the necessary oversight of the marriage and divorce offices to deal with any violation,” he said.

Referring to the elections held with the participation of more than 5 % of the participants in Khorasan Razavi, Babaei added: “Today we see the first center of marriage and divorce in Khorasan Razavi and we hope that these centers will be established in all provinces in the next six months.

He said: “The High Center of Marriage and Divorce should be formed in the presence of provincial representatives in order to pursue the necessary needs of this class with great seriousness and certainly if some issues need to be revised in the bylaws will be announced by the Judiciary.”
