According to Mehr News Agency, Dr. Hossein Simai, the Minister of Science, Research and Technology, in a decree, appointed Mr. Dr. Ahmed Mohghar to the position of “Chairman of the Permanent Commission of the Board of Trustees of Universities and Higher Education Institutions of North Khorasan Province”.
