The first woman to become the chief of MIA; Who is Beijing's favorite?

The Sandy Times wrote in a report that Barbara Woodward, the UN ambassador to the UN, who is not a government employee and has no experience in London intelligence services, will become the first head of the British Intelligence Service (MI/MI3).
According to Sandy Times, Woodward was one of the three women in the job interview last week.
Sir Richard Moore, 2, is scheduled to resign as head of MI after five years later this year. He previously served as a secret agent in Vietnam, Türkiye, Pakistan and Malaysia.
Woodward entered the British Foreign Ministry in 2008 and served as the International Director of the Border Agency in the country as well as the London ambassador to China (between years 1 and 2).
Woodward became known as Barbara Beijing because of their unwillingness to criticize China during the post. When China targeted a number of British parliamentarians because of their criticism of what they had called the Genocide in Sinkiang, Woodward was accused of not acting “firm”.
After leaving Beijing, he told China's Global Times that Taiwan would never find “independence”. British Prime Minister Kore Starmer will make the final decision on Woodward's appointment.
