The book “The Law of Mode to Official Transactions” was published

According to the Mehr News Agency, the official newspaper of the country published the book “The Law on the Official Registration of immovable Property Transactions, along with advisory theories and bylaws.”

In this book, which is compiled by the Deputy Director of Legal and Judiciary Affairs, in addition to the law on the official registration of immovable property transactions, the bylaws of Article 5 of the Law, adopted by the Cabinet and bylaws of Articles 2 and 2 of the Law, which the first deputy of the judiciary has been issued by the Judiciary.

Article 2 of the Code of Conduct for the first time has been published in this book and has been answered for the first time in the form of consultative theories of the General Directorate of Legal Department.
