The air in Bojnoord became unhealthy for sensitive groups

In an interview with Mehr reporter, Reza Shekarian stated: With the announcement of the North Khorasan Air Quality Control Company, the air pollution index of Bojnoord is now at 104, and the air quality has become orange and unhealthy for sensitive groups.

The Director General of Environmental Protection of North Khorasan stated: In the orange situation, people with heart or lung disease, the elderly and children should reduce long or heavy outdoor activities.

He further added: air quality index from 0 to 50 clean air (green), 51 to 100 acceptable air (yellow), 101 to 150 unhealthy for sensitive groups (orange), 151 to 200 unhealthy for the public (red), 201 Up to 300 is very unhealthy (purple) and 301 to 500 is very dangerous (brown).
