Maziar Gholami, in an interview with Mehr reporter, stated: The temperature of all meteorological stations in Tehran province has reached below zero degrees Celsius, which is significantly felt in different areas of the province.

Referring to the temperature recorded at different stations, he added: The Tochal Meteorological Station at -5 ° C is the coldest point of Tehran province, as well as Firouzkooh stations with 2 °, Abali with 2 °, Migon with 2 degrees, Damavand with 2 ° C and Lavasan.

Referring to the decline in temperature in the central and southern areas of Tehran, Gholami said: Pardis stations with -0-°, east of Tehran with 2 degrees, Varamin with 2 degrees, Shemiranat with 2 degrees, Tehransar with 2 degrees, Geophysics with 2 degrees, Shahriar with 2 degrees, Mehrabad Airport with -5 degrees Celsius and Mehrabad Airport.

The Director General of Meteorological Tehran Province, emphasizing the need for safety, said: “Due to the sharp decrease in temperature, we advise citizens to avoid unnecessary outdoor traffic and wear warm clothes if you leave the home.” Also, drivers need to be more cautious on the roads, as roads are likely to freeze.

“Farmers and gardeners should also consider measures to prevent damage to their crops,” he said. Reducing temperatures can damage agricultural and horticultural products.
