Specialized Working Group on Investment Facilitation

According to Mehr News Agency, Gholamreza Nikokar, Deputy Director of Social and Crime Prevention of Tehran Province, said that in interacting with the executive agencies, we are facing a phenomenon called the implementation of laws and regulations and policies.

He added: Tehran province's judiciary in order to require the agencies to enforce laws and regulations in the economic field last year, in accordance with the slogan of the Supreme Leader under the heading of production with the participation of the public, formed four specialized facilitation workshops on the removal of production barriers, and numerous meetings were held to address their problems.

Deputy Director of Social and Crime Prevention of Tehran Province Justice said: The judiciary will facilitate the private sector's activity in investing in production, using the capacity of the judicial authorities as well as the provincial judicial council, including the provincial inspection department, the General Directorate of Documents and the Government of the Provincial Inspectorate.

Nikokar reiterated that the province's judiciary, with legal authority, is responsible for using the capacity of the working groups created in the field of investment in production to enforce related laws and assist the executive to help eliminate barriers and facilitate the implementation of the private sector.

He added: The presence of the Chief Justice and Tehran Prosecutor in the Supreme Judicial Council is a suitable capacity to address the problems of private sector prevention, such as the presence of Tehran's governor in the cabinet, which can be effective in the decisions of the country's executive body.
