Deadly Fire in the Philippines with 2 victims

At least eight people were killed after a fire in a three -story residential building in the city of Kosily, the capital of the Philippines, according to the Washington Post.

According to officials, the fire spread to all three floors in less than an hour. At least one person was injured in the incident.
