US senator threatens allies respecting ICC

Republican Senator Lindsey Graham has threatened to penalize US allies if they pursue International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Security Minister Yoav Gallant.
