Independence of City Quranic Councils is a way to develop Quran culture

According to the Mehr correspondent, the first meeting of the Hajiabad Quranic Culture Development Council was attended by provincial officials and Quranic activists chaired by Hojjatoleslam and Muslim Mehdi Dori, the Friday Imam of Haji Abad city, attended by Hojatoleslam and Muslim Haqqani, Director General of Islamic Propaganda Hormozgan.

Hojjatoleslam Gholamhossein Haqqani, Director General of Islamic Propaganda and Secretary of the Hormozgan Province Quranic Culture Development Council, described the philosophy and reason for the formation of the Council: According to the recent resolution of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, the duties, missions and authority of the Quranic Culture Development Council The provinces and consequently the cities have been entrusted to this decision, the independence of the council in each province.

Referring to the importance of this council's approvals in advancing the Qur'anic goals, he added: City Council meetings are referred to the Provincial Council and after approval, it is possible to be notified and necessary, which indicates the importance and special status of the council.

The Director General of Hormozgan Islamic Propaganda also emphasized the need for special care of the councils to carry out duties and missions assigned and report actions in council meetings.

Jafarzadeh, deputy secretary of the Hormozgan Quranic Culture Development Council, praised the presence of city officials at the meeting, describing the history of Quranic activities of Hajiabad city and expressed hope that with the efforts of Quranic activists, the holy month of Ramadan this year. At the end of the meeting, officials of the Hajiabad Quranic Culture Development Council were nominated by the council's presidency to see more motivation and dynamism in the Quranic activities of Hajiabad.
