He added: Delivering the authority of the Guidance Department to the Tehran Free Arts Association was one of the points raised at the meeting and following the proposal of Hojjatoleslam Maleki, it was decided to carry out most of the affairs of the Free Arts Schools by the Association. This decision means delegating a large part of the authority of the Islamic Culture and Guidance Department in the field of free art schools to the association. This allows the community to manage school affairs and make the necessary decisions at a faster and more flexibility.

The director of the Association of Free Arts Schools, referring to the issue of resolving tax problems by ordering a meeting with Tehran's tax administration managers as one of the challenges of the association, said: One of the main challenges of the Free Arts Schools is tax problems. At the meeting, it was decided to hold a meeting with the Director General of the Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance to hold a meeting with the managers of the Tehran Province Tax Office to provide these problems and provide the necessary solutions.

Investing the Halls Managed by the Guidance Office for the performances and exhibitions of schools was another issue that Firouzi pointed out and explained: The members of the Association demanded that the halls and spaces under the management of the Islamic Culture and Guidance Office be provided to the Free Arts Schools with a much more appropriate conditions and amount. This will help schools to conduct their executive programs, exhibitions and other artistic activities in the right places.

In another part of his hotspot, he said: Preventing technical and vocational activities in the field of art education was another point of the meeting, during which concerns were raised about such activities. In this regard, the members of the association called for further oversight and prevention of the activities of this sector with free art schools to focus on the quality development of art education in these centers.
