Iran seven-a-side football team defeat Brazil in Spain event

Iran beat Brazil 4-0 in the 2024 Cerebral Palsy World Cup underway in Salou, Spain on Tuesday.

The Iranian squad had previously defeated Venezuela 4-0, Ireland 3-0, Germany 4-0 and the U.S. 3-0.

The Iranian team will play powerhouse Ukraine in the final on Friday.

The 2024 IFCPF World Cup continues IFCPF’s commitment to promoting CP Football, a sport recognized by the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) and featured in the Paralympic Games since 1984.

The competition is being held in Salou, Spain.
