What is the task of the employer if the permitted foreign citizen recruitment relationship is disconnected?

According to the Mehr News Agency, the Deputy Director of Social and Crime Prevention of the Tehran Province Justice Department in SMS stated to citizens: According to the Executive Regulations of Article (1) of the Islamic Republic of Iran Labor Code, in cases where the relationship between foreign citizenship with the employer is cut off, the employer is required to submit a maximum of 5 days to the foreign labor units.

It should also be noted that offenders will be treated in accordance with Article (1) of the Labor Code.
