NATO concerned about the growing Iran, Russia, China, N Korea ties

Mark Rutte, the Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) has expressed concern over the ever-expanding economic and military cooperation between Iran, China, Russia and North Korea, calling it “dangerous and threatening”.
