Judiciary readiness for retribution to attack the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan

According to Mehr News Agency, Asghar Jahangir, a spokesman for the judiciary, on the sidelines of the Judiciary Transformation Headquarters meeting on the fate of the agent of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Tehran, said that the judiciary is ready to execute retribution to the Azerbaijani embassy, ​​according to the law.

He added: “Given the completion of the legal process and the judicial process of the said verdict, the execution of the verdict by the judiciary will be enforced on the request or presence of the authorities at the time of the order.”

Referring to the definitive condemnation of the agent of the attack on the Azerbaijani embassy to retribution and its final approval by the Supreme Court, he announced the preparation of all the aforementioned sentences in the judiciary.

A spokesman for the judiciary, referring to the process of holding the court, the preliminary verdict and the final approval of the retribution of the invaders of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Tehran in the Supreme Court, said: “All the preparations and the process of executing the aforementioned person's retribution is prepared for the execution of the sentences.”

He said that according to the law approved and enforced in the country, for the enforcement of the verdict, their tail or lawyers must submit their retribution or appear in the order of execution, saying that so far, the authorities or their lawyers have not yet been filed for the execution of the verdict.

Jahangir noted: Due to the completion of the legal process and the judicial process, the execution of the verdict by the country's judiciary will require the presence or request that will be enforced as soon as it is ready to attend the due date.
