Strengthening charity and piety during Ramadan

Ayatollah Seyyediusf Tabatabai Nejad, on Tuesday morning, emphasized the spiritual and social values of the holy month of Ramadan, referring to sin and creating piety as two basic principles this month.
He further addressed the importance of charity and service to the needy and said: This month is the month of charity, feeding and dealing with the poor.
He said that charity is considered to be mere property, science and everything that is in the cause of God, except for good deeds, adding: “In the Holy Qur'an, many verses have been revealed about charity and this is one of the attributes of the believer.”
The Friday Imam of Isfahan pointed to the primary verses of Surat al -Baqarah and said: This book guides the narrow people and the believers are those who believe in the unseen, pray and spend what we have given them.
He also pointed out that charity should be only for the sake of God and should not be given to the needy.
Ayatollah Tabataba'i Nejad went on to refer to the attributes of the Moslens and said: “The worshipers are those who consider the right to the poor and the poor in their property.”
Referring to the verses of the Surah al -Ma'araj, he described the innocent people as lacking in the spirit of charity and said: “Announcement is a low -income creature and has inappropriate reactions to good and evil.”
Ayatollah Tabataba'i Nejad, in the end, emphasized the need to help weak and charity in the cause of God and said: “Believers must determine the right to help and deprive their property.”
