The President emphasized that today we have many infrastructure in the field of health and treatment that are not properly utilized, adding that almost throughout the country, medical centers have been built, but because of the lack of efficient performance system such as referral system and family physician services, these capacities are due to their lack of efficiency.

The doctors described the promotion of productivity in utilizing the existing infrastructure of the health and treatment system as essential: Also part of the resources dedicated to the production and supply of medicines and equipment are currently spent from government currency imports such as cosmetics and supplements that are sold in the free market, while all of them are available to the free market.
