Saeed Khatibzadeh appointed as head of Foreign Ministry’s IPIS

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has appointed seasoned diplomat Saeed Khatibzadeh as his deputy and president of the Institute for Political and International Studies (IPIS) at the Foreign Ministry.
