Report: Turkey did not abide by Doha agreement on Syria crisis

A local Iranian newspaper has dismissed the Turkish foreign minister’s remarks about his tripartite meeting with his Iranian and Russian counterparts in Doha on the Syrian crisis before the fall of Bashar Assad government.
