Russia, US trade blame at UNSC meeting on Syria

Russian and American representatives to the United Nations have engaged in heated exchange during an emergency Security Council meeting convened to discuss developments in Syria following attacks recently launched by foreign-backed terrorist groups in parts of the Arab country.
