2 Killed by a van collision with a trailer in northwest of Pakistan

According to Mehr correspondent quoted by ShinhwaAccording to police in the area, the incident happened as a result of a trailer collided with a passenger van coming from the opposite side on Sindh highway in Kirk, the province of Kirk.

Police and relief teams quickly rushed to the scene and transported the wounded to a hospital nearby with several serious injuries.

“Investigations have begun,” the police said, adding that the accident had begun due to the speed and neglect of the trailer driver.

Police said the passenger van was completely destroyed due to a severe collision, and rescuers were forced to cut off the car to rescue passengers.

According to Pakistani officials, road accidents often occur in the country due to poor road infrastructure, poor quality vehicles and careless driving.
