Robots started fire fighting

According to Mehr News Agency, citing Interesting Engineering, this new technology is used to protect firefighters in Kent Fire and Rescue Services.
The said robot is likely to be used for large events such as fires in industrial and commercial sites, which are particularly difficult and challenging to operate in, and help firefighters gain a better understanding of what is in front of them.
The said robot has heating capabilities to find fire hotspots. This new system can record video and talk to people with the help of its voice capability. Also, the robot can provide instructions and even help to remove people with stretchers from fire areas.
“Kent Fire and Rescue Service” also announced that this robot can spray 2,000 liters of water per minute using the hose connected to it and help extinguish the fire. In addition to these alleged cases, the said robot can collect various information that is later transferred to the crew who are driving from a safe distance.
Members of Kent Fire and Rescue Service have completed training on how to use the robot, which is controlled by a remote console, but believe the robot's full potential is yet to be realised.
