According to the law, no transaction without registration in official offices or intelligent system has no legal validity.

Referring to the registration of more than 6,000 identical contracts to date, Babaei announced the membership of more than 6,000 real estate registration system in the formal trading system, adding that with the full implementation of the law registration and the establishment of Article 7 system, it will be virtually dismantled by informal regulations and transactions without document.
