Ranking of real estate consultants in the implementation of the official registration law of immovable property transactions

According to Mehr News Agency, Sayed Sadegh Saadatian, the deputy director of the organization's documents, announced the start of a new phase of cooperation with real estate consultants in order to enforce more accurately and extensively require the official registration of immovable property transactions, and said that real estate consultants as the first ranks of enforcement of this law, the key role in the law.

Referring to Note 2 of Article 2 of this Act, he added: “So far, two samples of the same and standard contract have been uploaded to the relevant system and real estate consultants across the country have access to these samples and use them in the process of trading.”

Saadatian emphasized that although the legislator has the opportunity to register transactions directly through the notary offices, it is the beginning of the process of many transactions in the real estate consulting offices. For this reason, the role of real estate consultants in the implementation of this law is considered a central role.

The Deputy Director of the Registrar stated that real estate consultants are one of the main arms of law enforcement. Based on The amount of cooperation and activity in the regulation of the same contracts in the system has begun. This ranking is only within the framework of the formal registration law of immovable property transactions and does not interfere with the duties of other institutions.

He added that the registration agency has considered the issuance of specialized licenses for consultants who have set up the most contracts. Consultants who have a specialized grade 1 license can also upgrade to grade 2 by further activity and proven their dominance over the law. For some consultants who do not have a specialized license, if they are registered, the most identical contracts and proof of practical mastery, without the need for a written test and merely by evaluating the Commission. Impressor Provinces will be issued specialized licenses.

Saadatian said: “Provincial counselors' performance will begin next week.” This issue will also be discussed in the Supreme Council of Transformation and Excellence of the Registrar.

At the end, he said: “After the investigation is finalized, about 5 people will be selected from among the most active real estate consultants and will be officially honored in the first week of July.

Saadatian, appreciating the efforts of real estate consultants to implement this important law, emphasized the need to continue cooperation and coordination between the Registrar and real estate consultants, adding that the law aims to create transparency, legal order and protection of the rights of the parties to the transaction and enforcement.
