He stated: We are currently in a difficult situation due to the fact that the sources and expenses of social security do not match. This is because no government can really afford to pay the insurance premiums that the legislator has imposed on the government since the 1960s. According to the law, social security does not have the right to collect those insurance premiums from the insured or the employer, and finally a current deficit has been created.

If those exemptions are canceled today, which is socially impossible, we can declare today that Social Security is no longer in deficit and we can even pay the arrears. The sum of these laws and regulations is such that no government can afford to pay this amount of insurance premiums on behalf of different classes and classes, and the legislator did not allow collection in any other way and it was decided that the government should pay.
