Pentagon deploys more troops to Mexican border

The Pentagon is deploying more soldiers at the border with Mexico to tackle the surge in illegal crossings. After taking office, President Donald Trump declared a national emergency at the border and pledged to halt “an invasion” of migrants from entering the US illegally.
