Parliament's agreement with the two -way drug tax reduction bill and animal inputs

According to the Mehr correspondent, MPs agreed to the government's request for the two -state (2) (2) of the budget law of the entire country, at a public hearing today (Sunday, May 9).

Kazem Delkhosh, Vice President of Parliamentary Legal Affairs, said the bill has been submitted to the parliament to control the price of drugs, medical consumption requirements, including milk powder and raw materials, basic commodities and animal and agricultural inputs by reducing value added tax.

The text of the Bill (1) of the Budget (1) of the Budget Law of the Year 2 of the whole country is as follows:

“Article One- at the forefront of paragraph (1) of paragraph (1) of the budget law of the year 2, after the term customs duties”, is added to the term “and value added tax”.

Also, in addition to paragraphs of Note 2, the Budget Law of the Year 2 is stated:

“Z) in order to support producers and consumers is permitted to:

۱ـ In year 2, customs duties of imports of drugs and its raw materials, medical consumption requirements, children's milk powder and its raw materials, reduce basic commodities, livestock and agricultural inputs to one percent (1%). Other items and goods whose customs duties are under 1%(1%) by relevant laws and regulations. “
